Before You Email
Many questions are already answered on the site — checking first saves us both time:
- "When is Chapter 4 out?" → the news page has the current status and full update timeline.
- "How do I get ending X?" → the Decay and Burial route pages list every ending and trigger.
- "Who is this character?" → the characters page.
Response Time
We are a small volunteer team, not a support desk. We aim to reply within 3–5 business days, but during quiet periods it may take longer. If your message is time-sensitive (for example, a live copyright issue), say so in the subject line.
What We Can't Do
- Give official release dates — we're a fan site, not Nemlei or Kit9 Studio.
- Provide game files, keys, or help recovering a purchased copy.
- Settle in-game lore debates definitively; we cite the game and official statements, not head-canon.

How fast do you usually reply?
Within 3–5 business days for most messages. Copyright matters are prioritized and handled as quickly as we can verify them.
Can I contribute a guide or route write-up?
Yes — email us with what you'd like to add and any evidence (screenshots, save files). We review submissions for accuracy before publishing.
I found a spoiler I wasn't ready for. Can you hide it?
Each page flags its spoiler scope up front. If a section is mislabeled or a spoiler appears earlier than it should, tell us the page and we'll fix the warning.
Do you have social media accounts?
We don't maintain official social accounts. The only verified channel is this site and the contact email above. Be cautious of accounts claiming to be us.
