Filing a Takedown Notice
If you believe content on this Site infringes a copyright you own or represent, send a written notice that includes all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (for example, the specific game asset, image, or text).
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including the exact URL on this Site where it appears.
- Your contact information — address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement, made in good faith, that you believe the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Filing a Counter-Notice
If you believe material was removed or disabled in error, you may send a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal (URL).
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, email, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court (or, if outside the US, to any judicial district where the operator can be found).

Repeat Infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, access for repeat infringers. As a read-only informational site with no user accounts, this means we will not republish material subject to a confirmed takedown.

Do you handle copyright outside the United States?
Yes. While this process follows the US DMCA framework, we respond to good-faith infringement and counter-notices from any jurisdiction. Include the relevant local details in your notice.
Is fan commentary protected?
Commentary, criticism, and reference that qualify as fair use are not treated as infringement. Takedown requests should target unauthorized reproduction of protected assets, not legitimate fan discussion.
